I stink at this whole blogging thing! I always forget and it's been soooo long since I last posted anything! So here's what's been happening lately:
Girls Camp this year wasn't as adventurous as I had imagined. But, heck, it was Stake. There's not much you can do when you have Stake leaders and Ward leaders nagging on you all the time. The thing that marked this year over every other year was the drama. I'm sad to say that there was so much more drama this year than any other year I've been to camp. And I was brought into all of it. Sigh.
School started for us on the 31st of August. Which is kind of annoying that it started so late because now we get out a week later and next year school starts a week earlier. So we get one less week of summer next year. This year of school I, surprisingly, got the classes I wanted. Last year and the year before I had at least four classes that I didn't ask for. My schedule this year is:
A-Day
Intro to Culinary Arts
Intro to Calculus
Seminary
Elementary Teacher Aide
B-Day
English
Astronomy
History
Elementary Teacher Aide
School has been fairly uneventful, but I have a couple horror stories I'd like to share. My freshman year I had an english teacher named Mrs. Mills. Well, she switched over to Rocky and to Junior english. I got her again this year. I was hoping that maybe she wouldn't remember me, but she did. Now in english she always asks, "Rebecca, do you remember doing this?" and, "I had Rebecca in my English class two years ago" to the class and so on. Great, this year will be kind of annoying.
Second story. Last year I took Foods and Nutrition and my teacher was Mrs. McClendon. On the first day of school this year I got my schedule and I didn't have any fourth period classes written on it. So fourth period that day I went to the office and talked to a couple people about my schedule. I was told that I didn't have my information turned in for the Elementary teacher aide class and I needed to do that before they could place me. So I was just sitting in the office for an hour and a half until school got out. The next day I turned in all my information and I was able to go to class. When I walked in, Mrs. McClendon said, "Rebecca! You're in this class? That's wonderful!" Why do my teachers remember my name? Hmph

I suck too. Sorry! There's just so much going on right now...but oh well, who cares anyway? The only ones that actually read my blog are you and Reana. And since I write letters to you you already know evetrything, so- what's the point? Well, some of my friends read it, too, but they actually already know what's going on in my life... And when I have pictures to share I can post them on facebook, that's waaaaay easier!! :) It takes such a long time to post many pictures on my blog since it only loads 5 at a time!
I hope you don't mind...
